Ingredients
- Añejo Tequila40 ml
- Mezcal10 ml
- Tennessee whiskey10 ml
- Agave syrup10 ml
- Roasted duck fat wash1 dash
- Saline solution 4:14 drop
Method
- Add añejo tequila, mezcal, tennessee whiskey, agave syrup, roasted duck fat wash, and saline solution 4:1 to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
