- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Aromatic bitters2 dash
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake cognac (brandy), pedro ximénez sherry, breakfast tea syrup, fresh lemon juice, aromatic bitters, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
