- Reposado Tequila60 ml
- Crème de cassis7.5 ml
- Pineapple Juice30 ml
- Whipping cream15 ml
- Milk (whole/full 3-4% fat)15 ml
Method
- Add reposado tequila, crème de cassis, pineapple juice, whipping cream, and milk (whole/full 3-4% fat) to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
