- Dry Vermouth45 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup5 ml
- Orange Bitters2 dash
Method
- Add fino sherry, dry vermouth, rich simple syrup, and orange bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
