Ingredients
- Reposado Tequila45 ml
- Elderflower liqueur25 ml
- Gentian liqueur15 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Sparkling Water45 ml
Method
- Add reposado tequila, elderflower liqueur, gentian liqueur, and fresh lemon juice to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
- Top with sparkling water
