Ingredients
- Cognac (brandy)45 ml
- Orange Curaçao20 ml
- Absinthe1 dash
- Rich Simple Syrup2.5 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake cognac (brandy), orange curaçao, absinthe, rich simple syrup, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
