Ingredients
- Blanco Tequila50 ml
- Grapefruit Juice30 ml
- Red bell pepper juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup10 ml
- Sparkling Water50 ml
Method
- Add blanco tequila, grapefruit juice, red bell pepper juice, and rich simple syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
- Top with sparkling water
