Ingredients
- Añejo Tequila40 ml
- Bourbon whiskey10 ml
- Amaretto liqueur7.5 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice25 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup10 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake añejo tequila, bourbon whiskey, amaretto liqueur, fresh lime juice, rich simple syrup, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
