Ingredients
- Poteen/Poitín60 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup10 ml
- Ginger beer90 ml
Method
- Add poteen/poitín, fresh lime juice, and rich simple syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled irish coffee mug
- Top with ginger beer
