Ingredients
- Cognac (brandy)45 ml
- Cherry brandy22.5 ml
- White crème de cacao22.5 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)30 ml
Method
- Dry-shake cognac (brandy), white crème de cacao, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with cherry brandy
