Ingredients
- fresh Mint leaves12
- Pineapple Juice45 ml
- Pisco60 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Vanilla sugar syrup7.5 ml
- Aromatic bitters1 dash
- Top up with Ginger beer
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add pineapple juice, pisco, fresh lemon juice, vanilla sugar syrup, and aromatic bitters
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Strain into rocks glass
- Top with top up with ginger beer
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves
