Ingredients
- Cognac (brandy)50 ml
- Red quinquina e.g. Dubonnet, Byrrh22.5 ml
- Honey herbal liqueur7.5 ml
- Aromatic bitters2 dash
- Creole bitters2 dash
Method
- Add cognac (brandy), red quinquina e.g. dubonnet, byrrh, honey herbal liqueur, aromatic bitters, and creole bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
