Ingredients
- Applejack brandy45 ml
- Peach liqueur10 ml
- Licor 4310 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
- Vanilla bitters4 drop
- Saline solution 4:13 drop
Method
- Dry-shake applejack brandy, peach liqueur, licor 43, fresh lemon juice, egg white (pasteurised), vanilla bitters, and saline solution 4:1 in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
