Ingredients
- Blanco Tequila30 ml
- German amaro15 ml
- Chartreuse Yellow15 ml
- Vanilla sugar syrup7.5 ml
- Egg (white and yolk)1 whole
- pinch Freshly grated nutmeg1
Method
- Dry-shake blanco tequila, german amaro, chartreuse yellow, vanilla sugar syrup, and egg (white and yolk) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with pinch freshly grated nutmeg
