Ingredients
- Blanco Tequila45 ml
- Orange Liqueur22.5 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Agave syrup10 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake blanco tequila, orange liqueur, fresh lemon juice, agave syrup, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
