Ingredients
- Cognac (brandy)45 ml
- Sercial (dry) Madeira wine30 ml
- Maraschino Liqueur7.5 ml
- Orange Bitters1 dash
- Water15 ml
Method
- Add cognac (brandy), sercial (dry) madeira wine, maraschino liqueur, orange bitters, and water to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
