Ingredients
- Cognac (brandy)45 ml
- Calvados apple brandy22.5 ml
- Rosso/sweet vermouth22.5 ml
- Orange Bitters1 dash
Method
- Add cognac (brandy), calvados apple brandy, rosso/sweet vermouth, and orange bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
