- Cognac (brandy)30 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- fresh Egg (white and yolk)1
Method
- Dry-shake tawny port, cognac (brandy), rich simple syrup, and fresh egg (white and yolk) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled wine glass
