Ingredients
- Pisco60 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice7.5 ml
- Amargo bitters3 dash
- Ginger ale105 ml
Method
- Add pisco, fresh lime juice, and amargo bitters to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
- Top with ginger ale
