Ingredients
- Cognac1.5 oz
- Orange Curaçao0.25 oz
- Angostura Bitters1 dash
- Champagne2 oz
- Sugar1 rim
- Lemon Peel1 twist
Method
- Moisten rim of coupe with lemon and press into sugar
- Add brandy, curaçao, and Angostura to mixing glass with ice
- Stir briefly
- Strain into sugared coupe
- Top with Champagne
- Garnish with lemon twist
