Ingredients
- Cognac (brandy)15 ml
- Cherry brandy15 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice10 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup7.5 ml
- Cherry bitters2 dash
- Sparkling Water50 ml
- Prosecco20 ml
Method
- Add cognac (brandy), fresh lemon juice, and rich simple syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
- Top with sparkling water and prosecco
- Garnish with cherry brandy and cherry bitters
