- Green Chartreuse0.5 oz
- Fresh Lemon Juice0.5 oz
- Simple Syrup0.25 oz
- Angostura Bitters1 dash
- Lemon Peel1 twist
Method
- Add cognac, Chartreuse, lemon juice, simple syrup, and bitters to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe
- Garnish with lemon peel
