Ingredients
- Cognac (brandy)30 ml
- Fresh Orange Juice45 ml
- Grenadine syrup7.5 ml
- Champagne50 ml
Method
- Add cognac (brandy), fresh orange juice, and grenadine syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
- Top with champagne
