- Crème de cassis30 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice30 ml
- Saline solution 4:13 drop
- Sparkling Water120 ml
Method
- Add crème de cassis, fresh lime juice, and saline solution 4:1 to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled wine glass
- Top with sparkling water
