Ingredients
- fresh Mint leaves12
- Calvados apple brandy50 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice20 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- Sparkling apple juice50 ml
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add calvados apple brandy, fresh lime juice, rich simple syrup, and sparkling apple juice
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Strain into rocks glass
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves
