Ingredients
- Pear and cognac liqueur30 ml
- Dry cider135 ml
- Creole bitters1 dash
Method
- Add pear and cognac liqueur, dry cider, and creole bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled collins glass
