- Fino sherry45 ml
- Ambrato vermouth45 ml
- Manzanilla sherry15 ml
- Orange Bitters2 dash
Method
- Add fino sherry, ambrato vermouth, manzanilla sherry, and orange bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
