Ingredients

  • Cognac2 oz

Method

  1. In a rocks glass, muddle 6-8 fresh mint leaves with 1 teaspoon sugar
  2. Add 2 oz cognac
  3. Fill with crushed ice
  4. Stir briefly
  5. Garnish with fresh mint sprig and orange peel
  6. Serve immediately
