Ingredients
- Cognac2 oz
- Sugar Cube1 cube
- Angostura Bitters2 dashes
- Watersplash
- Orange Peel1 twist
Method
- Place sugar cube in a cocktail glass
- Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
- Add a little water and muddle sugar
- Add 2 oz cognac
- Add ice and stir well
- Strain into chilled coupe
- Garnish with orange peel
