- Cognac (brandy)60 ml
- Grand Marnier15 ml
- Verdelho madeira15 ml
- Grenadine syrup7.5 ml
- fresh Egg yolk1
Method
- Dry-shake cognac (brandy), grand marnier, verdelho madeira, grenadine syrup, and fresh egg yolk in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
