Ingredients
- Cognac (brandy)60 ml
- Red quinquina e.g. Dubonnet, Byrrh22.5 ml
- Parfait amour liqueur7.5 ml
- swath Lemon peel1
Method
- Add cognac (brandy), red quinquina e.g. dubonnet, byrrh, and parfait amour liqueur to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with swath lemon peel
