Ingredients
- Calvados apple brandy15 ml
- Elderflower liqueur15 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice10 ml
- Honey and water syrup10 ml
- Prosecco75 ml
Method
- Add calvados apple brandy, elderflower liqueur, fresh lemon juice, and honey and water syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled champagne flute
- Top with prosecco
