Ingredients
- Cognac (brandy)60 ml
- Grand Marnier30 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Aromatic bitters3 dash
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake cognac (brandy), grand marnier, fresh lemon juice, aromatic bitters, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
