Ingredients
- Cognac (brandy)45 ml
- Blackberry liqueur20 ml
- Ginger wine50 ml
- fresh Egg yolk1
Method
- Dry-shake cognac (brandy), blackberry liqueur, ginger wine, and fresh egg yolk in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
