Ingredients
- Batavia arrack30 ml
- Pedro Ximénez sherry15 ml
- Pineapple Juice22.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup1 barspoon
- Pimento bitters1 dash
Method
- Add batavia arrack, pedro ximénez sherry, pineapple juice, rich simple syrup, and pimento bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
