Ingredients
- Calvados apple brandy45 ml
- Red quinquina e.g. Dubonnet, Byrrh45 ml
- Creole bitters2 dash
Method
- Add calvados apple brandy, red quinquina e.g. dubonnet, byrrh, and creole bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
