Baijiu Martini
Multiple · Coupe
China's distinctive sorghum spirit (Moutai or Fenjiu) is funky, floral, and polarizing — here it's smoothed with dry vermouth and a single drop of sesame oil on the surface. Courageous.

Pro Tips
- Moutai is the classic luxury bottle; Ming River is the entry point for Western palates.
- The sesame oil droplet is controversial — try a small drop first, some drinkers find it overwhelming.
- Pickled cucumber (Chinese-style, not dill) pairs better with baijiu's funk than olives or lemon.
