Ingredients
- Reposado Tequila60 ml
- Cinnamon syrup15 ml
- Red bitter liqueur7.5 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice22.5 ml
- Grapefruit Juice15 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
- Saline solution 4:12 dash
Method
- Dry-shake reposado tequila, cinnamon syrup, red bitter liqueur, fresh lime juice, grapefruit juice, egg white (pasteurised), and saline solution 4:1 in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
