- Cold black tea60 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice37.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup30 ml
- Sparkling Water30 ml
Method
- Add cold black tea, fresh lemon juice, and rich simple syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
- Top with sparkling water
