Ingredients
- Calvados apple brandy45 ml
- Pear and cognac liqueur22.5 ml
- Apple juice30 ml
- Absinthe1 dash
- Saline solution 4:12 drop
Method
- Add calvados apple brandy, pear and cognac liqueur, apple juice, absinthe, and saline solution 4:1 to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
