Ingredients
- fresh Mint leaves12
- Calvados apple brandy45 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Apple Schnapps10 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup10 ml
- Sparkling apple juice45 ml
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add calvados apple brandy, fresh lime juice, apple schnapps, rich simple syrup, and sparkling apple juice
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Strain into collins glass
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves
