Ingredients
- Calvados apple brandy45 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
- Aromatic bitters3 dash
Method
- Dry-shake calvados apple brandy, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, egg white (pasteurised), and aromatic bitters in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
