Ingredients
- fresh Basil leaves12
- Grappa70 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice30 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup20 ml
- Saline solution 4:13 drop
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add grappa, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, and saline solution 4:1
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Strain into rocks glass
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves
