Ingredients
- Aromatic bitters45 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice30 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake aromatic bitters, fresh lime juice, rich simple syrup, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
