Ingredients
- fresh Red grapes (seedless)3
- Pisco30 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup7.5 ml
- Top up with Rosé champagne
Method
- Add fresh red grapes (seedless), pisco, fresh lemon juice, and rich simple syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled champagne flute
- Top with top up with rosé champagne
