Ingredients
- Cognac (brandy)25 ml
- Red quinquina e.g. Dubonnet, Byrrh25 ml
- Amer Picon25 ml
- Gentian liqueur12.5 ml
Method
- Add cognac (brandy), red quinquina e.g. dubonnet, byrrh, amer picon, and gentian liqueur to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
