Ingredients
- Añejo Tequila45 ml
- Oloroso sherry22.5 ml
- Gentian liqueur15 ml
- Mezcal7.5 ml
- Agave syrup5 ml
- Chocolate bitters8 drop
Method
- Add añejo tequila, oloroso sherry, gentian liqueur, mezcal, agave syrup, and chocolate bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
