Ingredients
- Cognac (brandy)45 ml
- Orange Curaçao22.5 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup10 ml
- Orange Bitters2 dash
- Saline solution 4:13 drop
- Sparkling Water60 ml
Method
- Add cognac (brandy), orange curaçao, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, orange bitters, and saline solution 4:1 to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
- Top with sparkling water
