Ingredients
- Reposado Tequila30 ml
- Strega liqueur30 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice30 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake reposado tequila, strega liqueur, fresh lemon juice, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
