- Egg1/2 cup
- Sugar3 oz
- Condensed milk13 oz
- Milk3/4 cup
- Vanilla extract1 tsp
- Rum1 tsp
- Nutmeg1 oz
Method
- Dry-shake egg, sugar, condensed milk, milk, vanilla extract, and rum in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled collins glass
- Garnish with nutmeg
